The triglyceride form of fish oil found in Country Life's Ultra Omegas offers 55-75% better absorption than oils in the form of free fatty acids or ethyl esters. DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and EPB (eicosapentaenoic acid) help support cardiovascular function.

Directions
Adults take two (2) softgels daily with food or as directed by a health care professional.
